D&D Bear Guiding & Bait: Sadly Ed is no longer with us. Due to the sudden passing of Ed Davis in Oct. 2021, Mike who has been working with Ed for the past 10 plus years will be continuing with his traditions, along with his sons and grandsons as bear guides under the new name Amasa’s Bear Necessitys Guide Service. Working in the Amasa unit of the Michigan’s western Upper Peninsula (Iron County) Any of Ed’s former or new hunters are welcome to call or email with any questions. As this is our first year without the Master (Ed Davis), we will only be guiding on a limited basis to make sure each and every hunter is taken care of with Ed’s standards.
